• The fee for submision is $ 50.
• If more than one declaration of an author is accepted; an additional payment of $ 30 will be made for each accepted abstract.
• In more than one author typed declaration, each participant who will attend the symposium will pay a ragistration fee.
• When paying the submision fee, the name of the author and the declaration code to be given by the system for the accepted abstract must be added to the description field.
• If you want to take the participation certificate for a report more than one author, the relevant author names should be marked in the abstract submition system. When you pay for each author, the name and abstract code must be added to the description field.
• Certificate of attendance, name badges, summary booklet, symposium bag, meals and refreshments are included in submision fee.
• Accommodation and travel costs belong to the participant.
• Our foreign guests can pay the submision fee from registration desk when they came to the symposium.
